On July 10, 2019 the Partnership Agreement was signed between JSC “Georgian Energy

Development Fund” (hereinafter “fund”) and “Chero Consulting” ltd (hereinafter “partner”).

Partners have agreed to establish a joint venture company with the purpose of development

wind farm project at the project area.
